摘　　要：文章在阐述我国内河港口发展状况基础上,对内河港口服务特性和发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,从规划控制、建设管理、运营导向、资金筹措等方面探讨水网地区内河港口发展举措。Based on the description of the development situation of inland port, the development measures of inland ports are studied, the service characteristics and the problems in the process of development are analyzed from aspects of planning control, construction management, operation guidance, financing and so on.
