摘  要:针对智能算法和约束优化问题的特点,本文首先回顾智能算法在约束优化问题中的应用现状,尤其是约束条件处理的三种不同方法,即惩罚函数方法,可行解优先方法,多目标优化方法,在此基础上分析解决一般约束优化问题的两阶段方案,其中,第一阶段找到约束优化问题的所有可行解,然后以此通过第二阶段找到最优解。最后对智能算法在约束优化问题中应用的未来研究方向进行简单探讨。With features of intelligent algorithms and constrained optimization problems, this paper firstly reviewed the application of intelligent algorithms in constrained optimization problems, and introduced three methods in the process of threating constrains, namely, method based on penalty functions, method based on preference of feasible solutions and method based on multi - objective optimization. Then it analyzed a scheme with two stages for generic constrained optimization problems, the first stage found all feasi- ble solutions of constrained optimization problems and the second stage found the global optimal solution based on process of the first stage. Finally, this paper simply discussed some research directions of intelligent algorithm applied in constrained optimization in fu- ture.
