中药姜黄挥发油化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用GC MS DS对中药姜黄挥发油进行系统分析 ,共分离得到 10 2个气相色谱峰 ,鉴定出 70种化合物 ,其中α 侧柏烯 ,β 侧柏烯 ,2 辛醇 ,cis 芳樟醇氧化物 ,(+) 香芹酮 ,紫苏醇 ,γ 瑟林烯等 2 5种化合物为首次鉴定 .The chemical constituensts of essential oil from Chinese traditional drug Jianghuang (Tubers of Curcuma)have been studied systemically by GC MS DS analysis.One hundred and two peaks appeared in GC.Seventy compounds were detemined and twenty five of them were firstly detemined such as α thujene,β thujene,2 octanol,cis linalool oxide,(+) carvone perillol,γ selinene,etc.
