摘 要:目的:根据NCCLS-EP9-A文件对两种血凝仪检测法进行比对试验,研究两种仪器检测结果的一致性。方法:收集40例门诊血浆标本,选用Start-4半自动血凝仪与Stago全自动血凝仪,同时检测血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)浓度,评价两组结果的相关性和检测结果的一致性。结果:两种仪器所得的结果相关性良好(r=0.994),两组结果在分析范围内的相对偏差较小,可以接受。结论:在严格按操作规程进行校准和质控在控的前提下,使用这两种血凝仪检测纤维蛋白原(FIB)的结果基本一致。Objective To estimate the bias between the two kinds of instrument with FIB, and find out whether each of them can be substitute by the other. Method FIB was determined in plasma by two kinds of instruments. We compared the results of two groups with the procedure as NCCLS - EP9 - A described. Results The results of the two groups were correlated ( r = 0. 994). The expected bias was in the range of acceptable bias ,the results of the two methods were consistent. Conclusion Both of the two methods are respected. The results of the two groups are correlated. The two methods can be replaceable, and anyone of them can be used to perform detection with its own refer- ence range.
