驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的157例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组。治疗组口服驱白巴布期片联合外用他克莫司软膏,对照1组口服白癜风胶囊联合外用他克莫司软膏治疗,对照2组口服驱白巴布期片联合外用复方卡力孜然酊。三组共治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为56.60%,对照1组为36.53%,对照2组为34.62%,治疗组与两对照组有效率分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:口服驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风安全、有效,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of qubai babuqi pian combined with tacrolimus ointment in the trentment of vit- iligo. Method 157 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control 1 group and control 2 group. The treatment group was used drive white babu period tablet combined with tacrolimus ointment. The control 1 group was used vitiligo capsules combined with tacrolimus ointment and the control 2 group was used qubai babuqi pian combined with compound kliziran tincture. Effect was observed after 3 months. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 56. 60% and that of control land 2 group were 36. 53% and 34.62% respective- ly. The effective rate of control 1 and 2 group was significantly lower than that of treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Qubai babuqi pi- an combined with tacrolimus ointment is an effective method in the treatment of vitiligo and worthy of clinical application.
