摘 要:研究培养基和激素对甘蔗梢部幼茎腋芽萌发、丛芽产生、芽苗增殖及小苗促根的影响 ,以筛选出较佳激素组成 .结果表明 ,液体培养基优于固体培养基 .在供试激素质量浓度范围内 ,附加 0 .0 5和 1.0或 2 .0 mg· L-1BA最有利于腋芽萌发 ;附加 2 .0或 3.0 mg· L-1BA最有利于丛生芽的产生和芽苗的增殖 ,但 1.0 mg· L-1BA最有利于培育壮苗 ;附加 4 .0 mg· L-1NAA最有利于芽苗生根 .Effects of medium and hormone on germination of axillary buds, induction of bushy buds, propagation of sprouts and rooting of plantlets in sugarcane were investigated to select optimal constitutions of hormone. It was discovered that liquid medium was superior to solid one, and in tested range of hormone quality concentration, 0.05, 1.0 or 2.0 mg·L -1 BA added to the mass concentration of tested hormone was the most helpful to germination of axillary buds, 2.0 or 3.0 mg·L -1 BA the most favorable to induction of bushy buds and propagation of sprouts, 1.0 mg·L -1 BA the most ideal to culture of vigorous plantlets, and 4.0 mg·L -1 NAA optimal to rooting of plantlets. Meanwhile the technique of in vitro flash propagation in sugarcane was provided.
