摘　　要：分析了校企合作基地建设的现实意义,对国内外校企合作的模式进行了总结,对我国校企合作促进机制提出了相关建议,以期对校企合作模式与机制的改善有一定的帮助。The practical significance of the school-enterprise cooperation bases construction are analyzed, and the modes of university-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad are summarized. Some related recommendations to China＇s school-enterprise cooperation promotion mechanism are proposed, in order to help to improve the school-enterprise cooperation models and mechanisms.
