摘　　要：利用叠箱造型工艺解决了铸件砂铁比高、工艺出品率低的问题,并通过先进的铸造三维模拟软件对工艺不断进行优化,使得出现的夹渣、气孔和缩松问题得到解决。The stack box molding process was used to solve the problem of high ratio of sand and iron and low process yield in the production of thick plate casting. The process was optimized through advanced casting 3D simulation software to remove the defects of slag, porosity and shrinkage.
