摘  要:锚链轮是起锚机械的主要部件,形状复杂,具有较高的形位尺寸、壁厚公差要求,内外皆为曲面,且壁厚变化大,极易出现缩孔,裂纹,变形等缺陷,在生产中有一定难度。针对系列难题,采用强制冷却,保温冒口套,曲线补贴等工艺措施,使得问题得到了有效的控制,实现了产品的100%合格,对同类产品的生产具有较强的指导性和实用性。Anchor chain,characterized by complex shape,high demands on form and position size,wall thickness tolerance. Wheel is one of main components of windlass machinery.The wall thickness of the casting varies greatly, and both inside and outside are curved surface.It prone to shrinkage, crack, deformation and other defects.Therefore, there are some difficulties in production.To solve these problems ,the article which is instructive and practical, introduces the use of forced cooling, insulating riser sleeve, curve subsidies and other technological measures.By these steps,those defects have been effectively controlled.Products pass rate reached 100%.
