基于铸造CAE的弹簧座铸件熔模铸造工艺研究

摘　　要：针对弹簧座铸件提出两种工艺方案,利用铸造CAE软件对铸件的凝固过程进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果对比分析,从中选出最优工艺方案。通过实际生产验证,确定改进工艺方案切实可行。结果表明,利用CAE软件,可以为优化浇注系统,制定最佳浇注工艺提供指导。Two kinds of casting process which were simulated by InteCAST software was established for spring seat casting.An optimum process was selected from two kinds of casting process.The casting which can meet the performance requirement is successfully produced using the optimum process.The result show that the InteCAST software can provide guide for optimization design of gating system and establishment of optimum foundry technology.
