摘　　要：就业是大学生最关心、最现实、最紧迫的需求。在高校团建普遍性的"一体两翼"格局下,随着学生社团的蓬勃发展,研究高校学生社团在服务大学生就业工作中的作用,总结高校学生社团服务大学生就业的对策,有利于形成高校开展学生就业工作的合力,更好地促进学生就业。The employment is the most realistic and urgent demand that college students care about most. Under the pattern ot ＂one body with two wings＂ universality league construction, and with the vigorous development of student associations, studying the role of student associations in serving college students＇ employment work in colleges and universities, and summarizing the strategy of student associations serving employment, is conducive to the formation of the college students employment forces, and will better pro- mote students＇ employment.
