摘　　要：税务代理实务课具有很强的实践性,但因课程设置起步较晚,教学模式、教学水平还存在诸多缺陷。为了提高该课程的教学质量,首先要明确课程的目标定位,然后以此为切入点在教学过程中通过构建互动式的教学模式,在理论联系实际及不断提高教师本身的实践能力等方法进行教学方面的有益尝试,以期不断提高教学质量。Tax Agency Practice course is very practical. However, course establishment starts too late, and there are many draw- backs in teaching mode and teaching level. To improve teaching quality of this course, this paper puts forward the target positioning of the course, and points out that we should build interactive teaching mode the course in the teaching process, and make some beneficial attempts in associating theory with practice and continuously improve the practical ability of the teachers themselves in order to continu- ously improve teaching quality.
