摘　　要：根据大学生先进典型教育的时代要求,从先进典型培育的普适性道路中寻找规律,提出先进典型培育要遵循主体间性理论并赋予鲜明的时代特征,要体现出典型的生长性与培育的系统性的统一,要注重典型的超前导向性和广泛群众性的统一。依据此规律,进一步探讨大学生先进典型培育的发掘机制、孵化机制、带动机制、宣传机制和考评机制等。According to the requirements of the times in the cultivation mechanism of college student model, we can look for the law from the universal way of cultivating college student model. We should follow the theory of inter-subjectivity, and cultivation of col- lege student model should be given the distinctive characteristics of the times in an effort to reflect the unity of typical growth and sys- tematic cultivation and pay attention to the unity of the typical advance guidance and broad mass. According to the law, this paper fur- ther discusses the exploring mechanism, cultivation mechanism, drive mechanism, promotion mechanism and evaluation mechanism so
