摘  要:目前各种单片机和DSP所提供的内置PWM波形发生器,几乎都是为三相两电平PWM逆变器及变频调速控制系统而设计的,无法直接用来实现H桥变换器的移相PWM控制及DC/DC变换占空比控制。针对这两种应用需要,通过分析研究dsPIC30F系列单片机波形发生器产生PWM脉冲及死区延时的工作机理,提出了该单片机波形发生器的两种新型应用方法,给出了其编程设计思路和理论分析。新方法具有调整范围宽,分辨率高,程序设计简便,节省运行时间等特点。实验结果证实了所提出方法的正确性和可行性。At present, the inner waveform generators offered by various single chip microcomputer and DSP, are almost all designed for the three-phase two-level PWM inverters and the variable frequency control systems, which can't be used directly to achieve the phase-shifted0 PWM control and the DC/DC duty ratio control of H-bridge converters. In this paper, according to the two applications, through analysis and research on the working mechanism of PWM generating and dead-time setting of dsPIC30F series single chip computer, two novel application methods of the single chip microcomputer/s waveform generator are presented. Both programming principle and theoretical analysis are expatiated, the methods with high resolution and large regulating range can be programmed easily and occupy less working time. The correctness and feasibility of the methods are confirmed by experimental results.
