摘　　要：介绍了低频综合参数测试仪的测量原理和基本构成,同时介绍了微弱信号幅度,低频信号失真度、相位测试的基本原理,测试仪的设计运用了虚拟仪器的思想,具有操作简单,便于携带的特点。The groundwork and approach in its implementation of low frequency comprehensive test instrument were presented. The instrument uses touch monitor to finish the signal distortion, phase differ- ence measurement and weak signal detection. The instrument designed base on the virtual instrumentation idea, and it has he characteristics of simple operating, easy carrying and accurate measuring.
