摘　　要：目的:改进马钱子及制马钱子的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:用80%乙醇超声提取,以含3%醋酸铵的无水乙醇为展开剂,采用GF254薄层板展开。结果:马钱子和制马钱子中的指标性成分士的宁和马钱子碱在薄层图上斑点清晰,重现性好;马钱子炮制前后薄层图谱差异明显。结论:所建立的薄层色谱方法简便、绿色环保,优于2010年版《中国药典》马钱子项下薄层鉴别方法,可以应用于马钱子及制马钱子的质量控制。Objective： To establish an improved thin-layer chromatographic （TLC） method of Strychin Semen and its Processed Product. Methods： These improved conditions include： ultrasonic extraction with 80% ethanol, anhydrous alcohol containing 3% ammonium acetate as development system, GF254 plate. Results： Strychnine and brucine as the two markers of the ingredients of Strychni Semen and its processed product exhibited clear and characteristic bands on the plate. Differences of the bands, which were developed from samples of Strychni Semen, with or without processing, were obvious on the plate. Conclusion： This paper has established an improved TLC method, which is simple, environment friendly, comparing with the relative method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, can be used for the quality control of Strychni Semen and its various processed products.
