摘　　要：近年来,随着以互联网为载体的商品交易活动呈指数性地增加,因其巨大的成长空间和市场潜力,各种网络交易违法行为相伴而生,日渐成为严重的社会问题。在对当前我国网络交易监管中存在的问题进行分析和研究的基础上,结合我国国情,构建网络交易监管模式,并提出进一步提高我国网络交易监管效率的对策,为未来网络交易监管的研究提供了理论支持。Recent years, with the rapid increase of commodity trading activities which is based on Internet trading platform, because of its enormous room for growth and market potential, and a variety of network transactions violations attendant which become a serious regulatory problems. In order to ensure a fair and reliable network market order, and promote the healthy development of the network market. Through the study and analysis of the network transaction monitoring problem. Based on the summary of the regulatory issues of our network transactions,this report builds a network transactions regulatory model, and put forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of network transactions regulatory. Provide research support for the research and application of future regulation of network transactions.
