摘　　要：完成了一种自动定尺寸切断机的系统设计,通过分析其工作原理、确定其结构、完成了气动工作回路设计。应用Pro/E软件完成了自动定尺寸切断机的虚拟设计及装配,最后应用PLC实现了自动定尺寸切断机的软件和硬件设计。实践表明,该切断机具有结构简单、控制灵活、工作可靠性高等优点。The structure and pneumatic control circuit of automatic size cutting machining weredesigned, based on analysis of working principle. The virtual design and assembly were completed, using Pro/E. Finally, control system of hardware and software were designed. The practice showed that, automatic size cutting machining had the advantages of simple structure, flexible control, high reliability.
