摘 要:设计开发了一种高精度、高可靠性的钻井实时多参数监测控制系统,对钻压、泵量等12个参数直接测量,对参数与派生参数的数学建模与计算,提高目的层采芯率、提前预警可能发生的钻进事故,开发专家系统对钻机运行状态进行有效控制。降低事故发生率,节约钻井成本,提高钻井效率和井队的科学钻井水平。Drilling parameters detection and control system in real-time was designed, which is highrunning state of drilling. accuracy and reliability, and can directly measure twelve parameters such as the drilling pressure andthe quantity delivered by the pump, etc.. The system can also model and compute the parameter andthe derived parameter, improve the mining core rate of target layer, and forewarn the drilling accident which possibly happens. Based on the system one expert system was developed to effectively control therunning state of drilling. Using the expert system we can reduce accident rate, save drilling cost, improve drilling efficiency and scientific level of drilling.
