摘　　要：介绍了CKA6150数控车床主轴的工作原理,针对其在手动模式下发生的控制面板上主轴控制按键不起作用故障,分析了故障发生的原因和解决的方法,对从事数控机床故障诊断和维修人员具有一定的参考价值。This paper introduces working principle of CKA6150CNC lathe spindle. In the manual modeoccurs on a control panel of main control button does not function failure, analysis of causes of failures and solutions, engaged in the NC machine tool fault diagnosis and repair of staff has a certain reference value.
