摘  要:通过对镍基单晶合金和NiCrAlY涂层进行在900℃的氧化动力学曲线测定及组织形貌观察,研究了电弧离子镀NiCrAlY涂层对镍基单晶合金高温氧化行为的影响。结果表明,在高温氧化期间,镍基单晶合金发生明显的氧化、内氧化和内氮化,在表层为Al2O3、Cr2O3的混合氧化物;镍基单晶合金经电弧离子镀NiCrAlY涂层,可有效改善合金的抗氧化性能;涂层在900℃氧化动力学质量增加曲线遵循抛物线规律,其形成的Al2O3氧化膜氧化期间不发生明显的剥落。Effects of NiCrAIY coating prepared by arc ion plating on high temperature oxidation characteristic of nickel-base single crystal superalloy were investigated by mierostructure observation and testing of oxidation kinetic curves of nickel-base single crystal superalloy with and without NiCrA1Y coating at 900℃. Results showed that obvious oxidation, internal oxidation and internal nitridation could be observed for the superalloy without NiCrA1Y coating, and the oxide on the surface was comprised of Al2O3 and Cr2O3. Oxidation resistance could be effectively improved for the nickel-base single crystal superalloy with NiCrA1Y coating on its surface. The kinetic curve tested at 900 ℃ obeyed the parabolic rate law and no Al2O3 films spalling could be detected on the coating surface.
