大豆黄酮对雏公鸡生产性能和机体免疫的影响

摘　　要：选择 48只 7日龄雏公鸡随机分为 2组，即基础日粮组、添加 5 mg/kg大豆黄酮组。结果表明，大豆黄酮能显著提高 21日龄雏公鸡增重和饲料转化率，使雏鸡的免疫器官相对重量增加， T淋巴细胞对植物血凝素的反应性增强。seven－ day－ old male chicks were divided into two groups randomly in the experiment,namely,control,control＋ 5 ppm daidzein.The results showed that basal diets supplemented with daidzein significantly increased body weight gains and feed conversion ratio in 21－ days－ old male chicks.Relative weight of immunity organ.Tlymphocytes blastogenic responses to PHA increased significantly.
