摘　　要：分析了影响纱线条干均匀度、毛羽的形成的因素,以及其对后道加工的影响。以改善条干均匀度及减少毛羽为主题,主要从提高前纺半制品质量、控制细纱工序毛羽、优化络筒工艺、控制毛羽增长等方面作了分析与探讨。几年的生产实践表明,浙江名龙纺织公司在改善条干均匀度与减少毛羽工作取得一定成效。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of yarn evenness, the formation of hairiness, and their effects on the following processing. To improve the yarn evenness and reduce hairiness, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses how to improve the quality of the semi-finished products, control hairiness of spinning process, optimize the spooling process as well as control hairiness growth. Production practice for several years shows that Zhejiang Minglong Textile Co. , Ltck has achieved good effects in improving yarn evenness and reducing hairiness.
