单面大圆机编织树皮皱织物的生产实践

摘　　要：介绍了单面大圆机分别采用2种织针、3种织针、4种织针编织树皮皱织物的生产工艺。对织针排列、三角排列以及穿纱方式作了详细的阐述,并指出了调试时的注意事项。在单面大圆机上开发生产树皮皱织物,不仅丰富了针织面料的种类,还为普通大圆机开发新颖面料提供参考。This paper presents production technology of bark knitted fabric woven by single- side circular knitting machine adopting two, three and four kinds of needling methods respectively. This paper expounds the needle arrangement, the triangle arrangement and the threading method, and points out the matters needing attention during debugging. The development and production of bark knitted fabric on single-side circular knitting machine not only enrich the kinds of knitting fabrics, but also provide reference for the development of new fabrics on common circular knitting machine.
