摘　　要：机体免疫系统在肺癌的发生和发展过程中起着重要作用,肺癌中淋巴细胞浸润反映的不仅是机体的一种免疫监视,还可对预后判断提供帮助。分析肺癌中浸润性淋巴细胞及其不同亚群与预后的关系,可以更好地理解机体抗肿瘤免疫的机制。这种理解有助于通过增强对预后有利的因素和抑制对预后不利的因素两方面来干预肿瘤生长。The immune system plays a pivotal role dunng the development anu progress oi lung cancer. Lymphocytes infiltration of Lung cancer not only reflects the body＇s immunological surveillance, but also pro- vides help with prognosis judgement. The analysis of the relationship between tumor-infiltrating lymphoeytes （TIL） and subsets of lung cancer can lead to a better understanding of organism＇s antitumor immune mecha- nisms,which will facilitate to intervene tumor growth by means of enhancing favorable factors and inhibiting unfavorable factors for prognosis.
