双醋瑞因在骨关节炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：骨关节炎严重危害中老年人的生活质量,其主要病理是软骨的改变。软骨细胞分解和合成活动的平衡有助于维持软骨细胞外基质结构和功能的完整性,细胞因子白细胞介素1打破这种平衡,导致骨关节炎慢性进行性发展。双醋瑞因是骨关节炎病程中促软骨分解核心因子白细胞介素的抑制剂,从软骨降解链反应的源头阻止软骨被破坏,同时具有促进软骨合成及修复的作用。双醋瑞因能够良好地缓解骨关节炎症状,胃肠道安全性高,服用后延迟效应明显,为延缓骨关节炎病程的优良药物。Osteoarthritis is very harmful to the quality of life of the elders, its main pathological is the change of the cartilage. The balance of the chondrocytes decomposition and synthesis activities helps to main- tain the integrity of the extracellular matrix structure and function of the cartilage , but cytokine interleukin-1 （IL-1） breaks this balance and leads chronic progressive development of osteoarthritis. Diacerein（Artodar） works by inhibiting interleukin ,which is the origin of cartilage degrading, and promoting cartilage synthesis and repair. Diacerein is a good drug for delaying the progress of osteoarthritis, because it can well relieve the symptoms with high gastrointestinal safety and obvious delaying effect after intake.
