摘 要:[目的]为了实现蓝藻无害化处理和资源化利用,将蓝藻制备成有机肥,并应用于水稻种植。[方法]将打捞上岸蓝藻藻泥与环境诱导材料以100∶2混合,中温发酵制备有机肥,发酵后的蓝藻有机肥含有较高的养分,经权威机构检测为无毒、无公害环保有机肥。蓝藻有机肥与化肥以10∶1和20∶1的比例在水稻田中进行肥效比较,在水稻生长期间定期测量株高,收割前测量穗长、穗重等指标,收割后测稻谷品质等。[结果]藻肥不仅能够部分提高水稻产量,而且能够显著提高稻米品质,尤其是蛋白质含量比化肥种植的水稻高出55.8%,而直链淀粉和胶稠度分别高出9.3%和7.9%。[结论]蓝藻发酵制备的有机肥安全、有效,只有广阔的应用前景。[ Objective] In order to realize the algae blooms harmless treatment and resource utilization, algae blooms were prepared into or- ganic fertilizer and applied to rice cultivation. [ Method] Algae mud and induced material were mixed at a ratio of 100:2. The mixture was fer- mented at mesophilic' temperature. After fermentation, the cyanobacteria organic fertilizer was detected by authoritative organization, which contained higher nutrients. It was non-toxic and pollution-free in agricultural applications. The fertilizer efficiencies were compared between cyanobacteria organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer in experimental field. [ Result] The detection indicators of plant height, rough rice and quality of rice indicated that cyanobacteria organic fertilizer had the equivalent fertilizer efficiency with chemical fertilizer, and could improve the quality of rice significantly. The protein, amylose content and gel consistency were 55.8% , 9.3% and 7.9% higher than those of the chemical fertilizer planting rice respectively. [ Conclusion] Cyanobacteria organic fertilizer is safe and efficient, which has a broad prospect of application.
