摘 要:[目的]介绍5%阿维菌素水乳剂的研制过程、研究方法和工艺流程。[方法]通过对复配乳化剂、稳定剂、防冻剂等种类的选择和用量试验,筛选符合稳定标准的最佳5%阿维菌素水乳剂配方,并对产品的乳液稳定性、热贮稳定性和冷贮稳定性等性能指标进行了考察。[结果]5%阿维菌素水乳剂的研制配方为:阿维菌素5.00%,稳定剂TBHQ溶液5.33%,乳化剂(农乳601∶By140=1∶1)8.00%,防冻剂乙二醇5.53%。该水乳剂外观为乳白色液体,入水后能迅速呈雾状分散;经各项指标性能测试,该配方乳液稳定性合格。[结论]为水乳剂型的开发提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to introduce the preparation process, research method and technological process of 5% avermectin emul- sion in water (EW). [ Method] According to selection and dosage tests on compound emulsifier, stabilizer and antifreeze, the formula 5% avermectin EW was optimized, furthermore emulsion stability and storage stability under different temperatures of the 5% avermectin EW were observed. [ Result] The formula of 5 % avermectin EW was as followed: the content of avermectin was 5.00% ; the content of stabilizer (TB- HQ) was 5.33 % ; the content of emulsifier ( Nongru 601:By140 = 1 : 1 ) was 8.00% ; the content of antifreeze ( ethylene glycol) was 5.53%. The 5% avermectin EW was milky liquid and could be suspended in water with foggy drop quickly, Results of stability tests showed that the 5% nvermeetin EW was eligible. [ Conclusion] The research result provides theoretical basis for the development of EW.
