摘　　要：甘肃省大力推进退耕还林还草工作 ,已完成退耕面积 5 33万hm2 。当前应认真解决好成活率、树种、种苗与有关政策问题 ,以达到预期目的。为了有效防治水土流失 ,加快生态环境建设 ,应处理好退耕还林还草工作与综合治理的关系、与水的关系。Returning slope farm land into forest and grassland is greatly pushed forward in Gansu province with total returned area 53 300 hm 2. At the present,issues of survival rate, variety of trees, seedlings and relative policies should be conscientiously dealt with in order to reach original purpose. To effectively prevent and control soil and water loss and speed up ecological environment construction, it must be well done the relations between returning land into forest with comprehensive harness, with water resources, with basic farm land construction and with industry adjustment.
