摘  要:目的探讨双管喉管(LTSⅡ)在颅骨整复术中对血流动力学和通气的影响。方法选择60例接受全身麻醉下颅骨整复术患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组。采用LTSⅡ30例为治疗组,采用气管导管30例为对照组,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果两组患者术中通气情况良好,呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)为30~40mm Hg,气道峰压(PIP)为14~20cm H2O,SpO2≥95%,血气分析值正常;两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)在各时点比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LTSⅡ在颅骨整复术中通气良好,对血流动力学无明显影响。Objective To explore the influence of laryngeal tube suction(LTS Ⅱ ) on hemodynamics and ventilation in skull re- constructive surgery. Methods 60 cases of reconstructive surgery receiving general anesthesia were selected and divided into 2 groups by using the random number table. The treatment group adopted LTS Ⅱ (n= 30) and the control group used the tracheal catheter(TT). The anesthetic effects including intraoperative hemodynamics and ventilation parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative ventilation situation in the two groups was good. PETCO2 was 30-40 ram Hg,peak inspi- ration pressure(PIP) was 14-20 cm H2 O, SpO2 ≥95 % ,and the blood gas analysis values were normal. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and HR at different timepoints had no statistical difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion LTS Ⅱhas good ventilation without significant influence on hemodynamics in skull reconstructive surgery.
