结晶性对本体共聚高聚物减阻性的影响研究

摘  要:通过采用XRD测试聚合产物结晶性能,考察聚合产物结晶性对减阻率的影响,结果表明:少量的添加α-癸烯能够改变α-十二烯本体均聚的结晶性,从而达到提高本体均聚产物减阻率的目的。反应最佳工艺条件为单体配比C10︰C12=3︰117,主催化剂用量0.2 g,助催化剂用量1 mL,初始反应温度-2℃时,通过环道装置测试结果表明在此条件下减阻率可由本体均聚的34.60%提高至本体共聚的50.28%,减阻率相对提高了45.31%。添加少量α-癸烯破坏了聚合物的结晶结构,使聚合物达到较高的减阻率。The crystalline property of polymers was tested by XRD, and the influence of the crystallinity of polymers on drag reduction was investigated. The results show that: adding a small amount of α-decene can change the crystallinity of α-dodecene homopolymer to improve its drag reduction rate. The optimum technological conditions are as follows: the volume ratio of α-dodecen and α-octene 3: llT,the dosage of main catalyst 0.2 g ,the dosage of cocatalyst 1 mL and the initial reaction temperature -2℃. The drag reducing performance of the copolymers was evaluated by indoor loop apparatus, the drag reduction efficiency of the copolymer was 50.28%, the drag reduction efficiency of the homopolymer was 34.60%,the drag reduction rate was increased by 45.31% relatively. Adding a small amount of a-decene destructed the crystalline structure of the polymer to improve drag reduction rate.
