摘 要:通过田间试验,研究无土育苗基质在水稻上的应用效果。试验表明:与对照(常规土壤育苗)相比,水稻上应用无土育苗基质显著提高秧苗素质;膜脂过氧化物质丙二醛(MDA)降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸-过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)3种保护酶活性均显著增加,有利于维持秧苗健壮生长;明显促进水稻的生育进程;使水稻产量显著提高,增产达5.91%。从整体而言,无土育苗基质可以替代土壤进行水稻育苗,为水稻栽培提供一项新的育苗方式。The field experiment was carried out for studying effect of raising rice seedlings with non-soil substrate. The results indicated that the seedling quality was notable better in raising seedlings with non-soil substrates than that of the control; MDA of rice seedlings in vivo was decreased, SOD, CAT and AsA-POD activities of protective enzymes were significantly increased. These made the seedlings growing better. The reproductive process of the rice was significantly promoted and the rice yield increased by 5.91% compared with the control. Therefore, raising seedlings with non-soil substrates could replace soil substrates. It sup- plied a new seedling raising pattern for rice cultivation.
