摘 要:植物叶病变面积的测量对植物生长发育和病虫害预测有着重要意义。本文以茶叶为例,对茶叶常见病变区域面积与整叶面积比值参数采用计算机图像处理技术进行了自动化测量,通过数码相机对发生病变的活体待测叶片拍照,输入计算机中进行叶片图像预处理、RGB彩色值统计、二值化、颜色分量过滤、像素点统计和指定区域面积比值计算,最终给出茶叶病变面积比自动化计算结果,实验结果表明,本方法在测量叶病变面积比中的有效性。The measurement of leaf scorch area is of important significance for plant growth and plant diseases and insect pests forecasting. Taking the leaf of tea for example, leaf scorch area was measured with computer image processing technique for automatic measurement in the paper. Firstly, the image of tea leaves were got using the digital camera. Then it was input to a computer for leaf image preprocessing, RGB color statistics, threshold, color component filtering, pixel statistics and designated area ratio calculation. Finally, the tea scorch area ratio was given. The results of experiment showed that the measurement of leaf scorch area ratio was effective.
