添加硅、硼元素对甘蔗组培苗生长的影响

摘　　要：以“新台糖 1 6号”甘蔗品种试管苗为材料 ,采用液体培养方法 ,以 MS为基本培养基 ,附加激素BA3mg/ L、NAA0 .5mg/ L,Na Si O32 0 0 mg/ L,苗增殖率比对照提高 68% ,叶色浓绿、叶片挺直、硬、不早衰。比对照延长生长期 2 3d。生根阶段 ,以 MS为基本培养基 ,附加 NAA1 mg/ L、硼酸 30 mg/ L,生根数比对照增加 53% ,根长。The growth rate of tissue calture shoots of sugarcane Taiwan sugar No 16 were enhanced by 68% when cultured in a MSbased liquid medium containing BA 3 mg/L,NAA 0 5 mg/L and NaSiO 3 200 mg/L,and the growth phase was lengthened by 23 days compared with the control.The amount of roots was increased by 53% when it grew on a MSbased medium containing NAA 1 mg/L,Boric acid 30 mg/L,compared with the control.
