树胡椒的组织培养

摘　　要：树胡椒种子作为外殖体进行微繁殖 ,不同培养阶段适宜的培养基分别为 :( 1 )愈伤组织诱导 :MS+BA1 mg/L+NAA0 .1 mg/L+活性碳 0 .0 3% ;( 2 )分化和继代 :B5 +KT0 .5mg/L+IAA0 .0 5mg/L和 B5 +KT2 mg/L+IAA1 mg/L;( 3)生根 :B5 +IAA0 .5～ 2The seeds of P.hispidinervium as the explant was studied for micropropagation. The results of the experiments showed that the apropriate media for different culture stages were:(1) for callus inducing:MS+BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0 1 mg/L+active carbon 0 03%;(2) for differentiation and subculture:B 5+KT 0 5 mg/L+IAA 0 05 mg/L and B 5+KT 2 mg/L+IAA 1 mg/L;(3)for rooting:B 5+IAA 0 5～2 mg/L.
