摘  要:采用两种新型化学杂交剂Genesis及Sc2 0 5 3诱导小麦产生雄性不育 ,在败育过程中测定穗部过氧化物酶活性的变化 .结果表明 ,(1)两种化学杂交剂的不同剂量诱导雄性不育的效果都表现为低剂量部分不育 ,高剂量接近完全不育 ;(2 )处理后穗部过氧化物酶活性变化趋势相似 ,处理的酶活性高于对照 ,说明败育的发生可能与过氧化物酶活性的升高有关 ;(3)Different male sterility were induced by two kinds of chemical hybridization agent (CHA), Genesis and Sc2053, on two wheat genotypes. In the course of pollen abortion, the changes of peroxidase activity were assayed, The results indicated: 1) that the male sterile rate induced by CHA were different between different dosages: partial sterility for lower dosages and nearly complete sterility for higher dosages; 2) the tendency of peroxidase activity changes induced by two kinds of CHA was similar: the POD activity was higher in treated spike than in CK, which indicated that the male sterility was correlated with the rise of POD activity. There exist obvious differences between different genotypes in response to CHA.
