摘　　要：本文从应急演练的本质、分类及分类的作用、当前应急演练存在的若干问题等方面展开探讨,简要介绍了霍尔的"三维结构"模型,并将其与应急演练相结合,提出应急演练的三维结构和管理矩阵,然后通过一个国家级的教学性演练实例进行霍尔"三维结构"的应用探讨。This thesis discussed the essence, the classification and classification function of the drill. It also studied the existing emergency drill problems, and briefly introduced the hall ＂three-dimensional structure＂ model. Combining with the emergency drill, the thesis put forward three-dimensional structure and management matrix of emergency drill. Then with a national teaching practical examples, it explored the application of hall ＂three-dimensional structure＂.
