摘　　要：公安交通指挥系统在城市交通管理工作中发挥了重要作用,本文探讨如何使公安交通指挥系统的所有功能在交通指挥中心得到充分发挥,提高其实战综合能力具有重要意义。本文首先描述了公安交通指挥中心应用方面存在的问题,并具体描述了公安交通指挥中心的人员及岗位设置、岗位职责、岗位工作流程,以及指挥业务流程等,最后对公安交通指挥中心今后的发展提出了相关的建议。Public security traffic control system plays an important role in the city traffic management. This paper discusses how to enpower all of the functions of the public security traffic control system in the traffic command center. It is important to improve the practical ability. Firstly, this paper describes the problem in the application aspect on the public security traffic control system. Then, it describes several other aspects, such as the personnel and post setting, the post responsibilities, the post work flow, and the command follow. At last, it proposed some advices to develop the public security command center in the future.
