摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备苯加氢为环己烷的负载镍基催化剂,用XRD、TPR和BET进行表征,并在积分固定床反应器中,考察了不同反应温度下γ-Al2O3和TiO2两种载体和La、Ce、Mo、Cu四种不同助剂对镍基催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:Ni/γ-Al2O3的催化活性高于Ni/TiO2,La、Ce、Mo、Cu助剂均可提高Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂的活性,其中添加La的催化剂活性和选择性均表现最佳,在2.0MPa、200℃、催化剂装量16.5g、氢气流量0.03L/min和精苯流量30mL/h条件下,Ni-La/γ-Al2O3催化剂(w(Ni)=10%,w(La)=1%)的苯转化率和环己烷选择性分别达到99.4%和94.2%。表征结果表明La助剂改进了NiO在载体表面的分散性,同时增强了NiO与载体之间的相互作用。The supported nickel-based catalysts for hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane were prepared by incipient wet impregnation method and characterized by XRD, TPR and BET. The effects of the supports, γ-Al2O3 and TiO2, and promoters, La, Ce, Mo and Cu, on catalytic activity of the catalysts were investigated in an integral fixed-bed reactor at different temperatures. The results showed that the activity of Ni/γ-Al2O3 was higher than that of Ni/TiO2, and all four promoters could improve the activity of the catalysts, and La gave the best activity and selectivity. Under the reaction conditions of 2.0MPa, 200℃, Ni-La/γ-Al2O3 (w(Ni)=10%, w(La)=1%) catalyst loading of 16.5 g, hydrogen flow rate of 0.03L/rain and benzene flow rate of 30mL/min, the conversion of benzene and the selectivity to cyclohexane were 99.4% and 94.2%, respectively. The characterized results indicated that La improved the dispersion of NiO on the surface of the support and enhanced the interaction between NiO and the support.
