摘 要:苏里格气田通常采用泡沫排水采气工艺以提高气井采收率,但是井筒积液具有较高矿化度并且含有轻质油和缓蚀剂,上述因素均有可能影响泡排剂的性能。通过正交实验找出影响泡排剂PY-S性能的主要因素,再通过单因素实验分析了前面述及的三种因素的影响规律。结果表明:轻质油的存在对泡排剂PY-S的携液能力和稳定性有负面作用,但在现场油含量变化范围内对泡沫的携液量影响不大;高的矿化度对泡排剂PY-S的携液能力和稳定性有正面作用;而缓蚀剂HS-3的存在对泡排剂PY-S的携液量和稳定性有双面影响,当投加小于800mg/L时,其对泡排剂的性能有益,当投加量过大会严重影响泡排剂的性能。The foam drainage gas recovery technique was used to increase gas recovery in Sulige gas field, but the wellbore liquid had high mineralization degree and existed hydrocarbon condensate and corrosion inhibitor, which might had negative effect on foam generation. The orthogonal experiment was used to find the the primary factors affected the performances of the fi)am agent PY- S and the single factor experiment was used to find the influence rules of the three factors above mentioned. The results showed that the hydrocarbon condensate had negative effects on the liquid carrying capability and stability of foam agent PY-S, but it was not obvious for the liquid carrying capability within the variation range of hydrocarbon condensate content in the field; high mineralization degree had positive effects on the liquid carrying capability and stability of foam agent PY-S; meanwhile, the corrosion inhibitor HS-3 had double-faced influences on both of liquid carrying capability and stability of foam agent PY-S, which was positive at the concentration of HS-3 of below 800 mg.L-l, but very negative at high concentration of HS-3.
