甲醇气相羰化镍基复合催化剂的催化稳定性研究

摘  要:用浸渍法制备了负载型Ni-Mo/AC和Ni-Mo-La/AC复合催化剂,在连续固定床反应器中评价了其催化甲醇气相羰基化合成醋酸和醋酸甲酯的性能。考察了催化剂的催化稳定性,并用吸附法表征了反应前后的催化剂的孔结构。结果证明,Ni-Mo/AC催化剂在反应中容易积炭,失活较快,La元素的加入对活性组分在AC上的均匀分散及催化剂的催化稳定性有所改善,降低了失活速率。Ni-Mo/AC and Ni-Mo-La/AC catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, and their catalytic behaviors for earbonylation of methanol to acetic acid and methyl acetate in gaseous phase were evaluated in a continuous solid bed reactor. The stability of the catalysts was investigated, and the pore structure was characterized by the adsorption method before and after reaction. The results showed that the Ni-Mo/AC catalyst was easy to deposit carbon and deactivated rapidly, and the La could improve the dispersion of active component on AC and the stability of the catalyst, and decrease the deactivation rate.
