城市社区物流服务共同化模式及实施策略研究

摘　　要：针对城市社区物流服务传统模式的弊端,借鉴物流共同化理论构建了包含城市物流中心和社区物流中心两级物流设施,以"厂商→城市物流中心→社区物流中心→社区居民"为基本流程的城市社区物流服务共同化模式,并从目标设定、基础建设、运行管理和监督管理四个方面提出了实施策略。Directing against the drawbacks of the traditional city community logistics service mode, a kind of joint pattern of city community logistics services is constructed in this pa- per according to logistics common theory. It contains city lo- gistics center and community logistics center these two stage logistics facilities. There are four basic processes： manufactur- ers-the city logistics center-the community logistics center- community residents. This paper puts forward implementation strategies concerning the joint of city community logistics ser- vices from four aspects： goal setting, infrastructure construc- tion, operation management and supervision management.
