双氟沙星对小鼠的显性致死试验

摘　　要：本试验研究了双氟沙星对昆明系小鼠的显性致死性。剂量分别为 50 0 mg/ kg b.w.、50 mg/ kg b.w.和 5mg/ kg b.w.,雄鼠连续给药 5d后 ,与雌鼠按 1∶ 2的比例同笼交配 ,连续交配7批 ,以检测双氟沙星对遗传物质的损伤。试验各剂量组指标与阴性对照组无显著性差异 ,表明双氟沙星对昆明系小鼠的显性致死性为阴性。This paper reports the study on the dominant lethal assay of Difloxacin. To study the mutagenic effect on genetic substance, Difloxacin was administered to male mice with doses of 500mg/kg, 50mg/kg or 5mg/kg b.w.separately for 5 days in succession.Then,these male mice mated with female mice (1:2) for seven weeks consecutively. The results indicated that there were no significant differences among the drug treated groups and the negative control group (P>0.05). The dominant lethal assay to mice was negative.
