摘　　要：信息化战争是崭新的战争形态，信息化作战是全新的、居主导地位的战争形式。本文探讨了信息化战争的特点，研究了信息化作战的现实需求，指出了信息化战争条件下武器效应研究的重点，分析了信息化战争对毁伤评估的需求，理清了毁伤评估研究面临的基础性技术问题。Information war is a new form of war, and information operation is a new dominant operation pattern. The characteristics of information war are discussed, and the actual requirements of information operation are studied. The authors point out the key contents of research on weapon effects under information war, analyze the require- ments for damage assessment of information war, list the fundamental techniques that must be mastered to carry out the study of damage assessment.
