Meek植皮术在小儿重度烧伤创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：回顾性分析采用Meek植皮法治疗21例小儿大面积重度烧伤患者(治疗组)的临床资料,并与采用邮票植皮法治疗的21例小儿大面积重度烧伤患者(对照组)进行比较,分析两组皮片平均操作时间、手术人数、术后移植皮片成活率、皮片融合时间、全身创面愈合时间、患者痊愈出院时1%烧伤面积治疗费用及术后3～15个月的瘢痕及功能恢复情况等。结果显示,治疗组在节省平均操作时间、提高术后移植皮片成活率、缩短皮片融合时间及全身创面融合时间、减少治疗费用等方面均占有优势(P<0.05),术后随访显示,瘢痕挛缩较对照组轻。The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed with Meek dermoplasty （ Meek group） and was compared with the cases with stamped dermoplasty （Stamped group）. The mean operation time, the skin graft survival rate, the skin fusion time, the systemic wound healing time, the treatment cost of 1% of burn area, and scar functional re- covery situation after operations 3 to 15 months later were observed. Results indicate that the treatment group was superior to matched group in the mean operation time, the skin graft survival rate, the skin fusion time, the systemic wound healing time and the treatment cost of 1% of burn area （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group＇ scar and function- al recovery situation after operations is much better than the matched group.
