摘　　要：本文介绍了哈电机单只定子线棒VPI绝缘体系的开发情况。对VPI体系所使用的绝缘材料、生产工艺等进行了系统的试验研究,使得该体系成功地应用在绝缘设计场强为3.15kV/mm,额定电压为18kV的空冷汽轮发电机真机定子线棒上,并取得良好效果。Study and application of the single generator stator bar VPI insulation system in HEC are introduced in this paper. Insulation materials and manufacture process, electrical properties of the bars made by VPI technology are studied. By now the system has been successfully applied on air-cooled turbo-generator stator bar products which the rated voltage is 18kV and insulation design field is 3.15kV/mm.
