马钱子总生物碱缓释片处方和工艺的研究

摘　　要：以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,制备马钱子生物碱缓释片,建立马钱子生物碱缓释片释放度的HPLC测定方法,并考察其体外释放度.采用HPLC测定马钱子生物碱缓释片的体外释放度,并对影响释药的因素进行了单因素考察.羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)的规格和用量对释药速率有显著影响,马钱子生物碱缓释片的体外释放曲线基本符合Higuchi方程.本法制备的缓释片比普通片具有明显的缓释作用.该制备工艺简单易行,生产成本低,片剂外观及可压性良好.Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose （HPMC） as skeleton material was prepared for nux vomica alkaloids sustained-release tablets. This paper established HPLC method for de- tecting nux vomica alkaloids sustained release vitro. The factors affected release rate also was tablets and investigated its release rate in explored. The results showed that specifica- tion and amount of HPMC had significant effect on the release rate, and nux vomica alkaloids sustained release tablets conformed to Higuchi equation. Compared with ordinary tablets, the new tablets had significantly sustained release effect. This method had advantages in prepara- tion, expense appearance of tablets.
