摘  要:钢管混凝土在内部混凝土浇筑过程中空钢管的受力特性和安全性非常重要。该文建立了分析混凝土浇筑过程中方钢管柱受力性能的有限元模型,并采用实测的混凝土静水压力、钢管管壁应变等指标的对比分析验证了该模型的合理性。基于有限元模型,分析了不同混凝土浇筑高度和钢管宽厚比时由于混凝土浇筑引起的管壁变形及应力。研究结果表明:空钢管内设置横向内隔板可有效地减小管壁应力及变形;当方钢管宽厚比较大时,混凝土浇筑过程中对管壁产生的应力和变形数值都较显著。该文建模方法可进一步用以模拟钢管混凝土结构在施工阶段的力学性能分析。The mechanical behavior and safety of the hollow steel tubes used in the concrete filled steel tube (CFST) method is critical during the core concrete pour. A finite element model was developed based on typical experiments on full-scale square hollow steel section columns during concrete pouring. Measured hydrostatic pressures and strains in the hollow steel tube were used to verify the numerical results. The deformations and stresses in the hollow steel tube were then analyzed for different concrete pouring heights and width to thickness ratios. The results show that the inner ring plate effectively reduces the stresses and deformations in the tube. The stresses and deformations in the tube were greater for steel tubes with larger width to thickness ratios. This numerical model can be used for further research on the construction mechanics of CFST structures.
