扩链剂法HPVC树脂的开发

摘　　要：以马来酸二烯丙酯为扩链剂,在70m3聚合釜上生产了HPVC树脂,介绍了工业化生产工艺和聚合配方,并与低温法HPVC树脂进行了质量对比,认为扩链剂法HPVC树脂可以在通用领域替代低温法HPVC树脂。Using diallyl maleate as the chain extender, the HPVC resins were produced in 70 m3 polymcrizcr. The industrialized production proccss and polymcrization formula wcrc intro- duced. Thc quality of HPVC rcsins produccd by chain cxtcndcr mcthod was comparcd with that of HPVC produced by low tcmperaturc method. The results showed that thc HPVC rcsins produced by chain extcndcr method could replace the HPVC resins produccd by low tcmpcraturc mcthod in gen- eral fields.
