摘  要:利用转矩流变仪和老化试验箱等设备,研究了DBM、沸石、环氧油酸季戊四醇酯、改性水滑石等辅助助剂对钙锌复合热稳定剂性能的影响。结果表明:DBM、沸石、环氧油酸季戊四醇酯、改性水滑石等辅助助剂能显著提高钙锌复合热稳定剂的热稳定效能,是钙锌复合热稳定剂的重要组成部分。当钙锌复合热稳定剂体系中硬脂酸钙含量(质量分数,下同)14.2%、硬脂酸锌含量42.8%、DBM含量11.4%、沸石含量16%、环氧油酸季戊四醇酯含量5.7%、改性水滑石含量9.9%时,该体系的综合性能最好。Influences o f additives, such as disbenzoyl mcthane(DBM), zeolite, epoxidized pen- tacrythritol olcate and modified hydrotalcite, on properties of Ca/Zn composite heat stabilizers were studied by using a torque rheometer and an aging test chamber. The results showed that DBM, zeo- lite, epoxidized pentaerythritol oleate and modified hydrotalcite could significantly improve the heat stabilization effects of Ca/Zn composite heat stabilizers, and were important components of the Ca/Zn composite heat stabilizers. When the contents of calcium stearate, zinc stcarate, DBM, zeo- lite, epoxidized pentacrythritol oleatc and modified hydrotalcite in Ca/Zn composite heat stabiliza- tion system were 14.2, 42.8, 11.4, 16, 5.7 and 9.9 wt. % , resp. , the best comprehensive proper- tics could be achieved.
